Dubai showed strong growth in its half-yearly report, with an 18% rise in passengers, up from 13.2 million to 16.2 million, and
an 11% freight increase. The airport has seen seven years of strong growth, and reflects a regional boom in air traffic.
Dubailand is the Middle East’s answer to Disney World. However, like most things in Dubai it will be bigger
than its rival; twice as big in fact. It will be built in 4 stages, with the final stage being completed around 2020.
